Your acceptance, use or purchase of an Evie Alexander Gift Card indicates your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions Where "Gift Cards" are mentioned, you understand this means digital/e-gift cards and not physical gift cards. 

1. Evie Alexander Gift Cards can only be used on the eviealexanderbooks.com site. They cannot be used on any other site (whether owned by Evie Alexander or not).
2. Maintenance, dormancy or service fees do not apply to balances on Gift Cards and Gift Cards have no expiration dates.
3. Keep your Gift Card code safe. If you believe it has been compromised you must notify us at evie@eviealexanderauthor.com immediately. 
4. If you lose or forget your Gift Card code, please contact evie@eviealexanderauthor.com and your code (and any balance) can be shared with you.
5. Gift Cards are not redeemable or refundable for cash.
6. Gift Cards may be used to purchase anything on the eviealexanderbooks.com without limitation.
7. If you win a gift card in a promotional giveaway, this card will have the same function, terms and conditions as any other card.
   
8. Purchase amounts that exceed the value of the tendered Gift Card will require an additional payment for the balance due.
9. Gift Cards purchased online are delivered via automated email.
10. Evie Alexander reserves the right to hold any order for a security review. If your order is affected, you will be notified via email within two business days.

12. Gift Cards will not be redeemed if the card number is invalid or cannot be identified within the eviealexanderbooks.com record system.
13. We reserve the right to restrict the redemption of more than $1,000 in Gift Card balances by one person in any 30-day period.
14. Except to the extent prohibited by law, Evie Alexander reserves the right to change the terms of this Gift Card option at any time.
15. In the event that the Gift Card system may become temporarily inoperative, you may be unable to obtain information about the balance on your Gift Card and Gift Card transactions, or use your Gift Card to pay for purchases. Please notify us if you have any problems using your Gift Card. You agree that Evie Alexander is not responsible for any interruption of service or the quality, safety, legality, or any other aspect of any goods or services purchased by you with your Gift Card or that the Gift Card will be free from any errors or other defects.
